Setup charges are included in standard pricing as follows: Woven Ties
include up to 4 logo/design colors. Blazer Buttons include the large and
small sizes. Blazer Crests include art to prepare your logo for the hand
embroidery process. Design modifications requested for any item after
initial setups are subject to additional setup costs. |
Purchase Orders are considered firm. Orders canceled for any reason will
be liable for all accrued expenses incurred by Bowler & Blake.
Cancellation charges are assessed at a minimum 25% and up to 100% of
your original PO amount, pending circumstances. |

ART DESIGN: |
DELIVERY: |

Initial basic art design, including printout &/or e-mail proofs,
included with most orders. Additional options, revisions, or complex art
requirements may be billable. Contact factory for design assistance and
art specifications. |
Standard delivery is 4-5 weeks in most cases. "Rush" options may be
available for some orders. Contact factory. Every effort will be made to
meet your requested delivery date. However, guaranteed delivery is not a
condition of any order. We are not liable for "force majeure"
circumstances beyond our control, and requires your acceptance of orders
even if delivery is affected by unforeseen circumstances. |

PROOF SAMPLES: |

Actual pre-production samples are not
included. if you require pre-production samples we require a firm
purchase order and deposit. We run pre-production samples as a separate
order which is payable when the samples are delivered. |
RETURNS / CLAIMS: |
| No goods may
be returned without written factory authorization. Any claims must be
made within 7 days upon receipt of the completed order and are subject
to discretionary acceptance by our factory, without exception. |

Individual polybag packaging included. Gift packaging options available. |
8-10%
billable 'overs/unders' is standard for all orders. Special requests
must be clearly specified on your purchase order and are not binding
without written acceptance by the factory. |

destination shipping may be additional, and subject to limitations. |
Commercially acceptable ranges of tolerance and variation in all
specifications of any order must be allowed. Precise color matching,
design placement, fabric &/or color continuity, size, shape,
construction, packing, etc, cannot be guaranteed as a condition of any
order. The final arbiter of commercially acceptable ranges of tolerance
is Bowler & Blake without exception. |

TERMS: |
| 50% deposit
and balance before final bulk delivery is standard. Deposits are firmly
required for all orders. Credit terms requests for balance amounts are
considered on a per order basis. |

DESIGN OWNERSHIP: |
CARE & CLEANING: |

All designs, artwork, film,
screens, weaving cards or special tools used for production remain the
property of the factory. |
Custom woven
&/or wet dye ties and scarves are recommended for dry cleaning only. We
cannot be held responsible for any damages caused by improper care,
usage, &/or cleaning. |
